WEEK 10 - MANGA AND JAPANESE COMICS TRADITION

This comic page was manga inspired. I was actually a fan of shoujo manga when I was younger and there were a few elements that were pretty universal throughout that genre. Emphasis on hair and eyes, very obvious explanatory dialogue, action and dramatics, are a few manga elements that I decided to incorporate into this page. I thought it was interesting how so many manga kind of have stories revolving around everyday life but add so much drama, suspense, action, etc. into it.
